Demo & evaluation
A controlled evaluation path, grounded in realistic scenarios.
For departmental scans and capability assessments, we propose a two-step path: a guided demonstration first, then optional time-limited evaluator access. This keeps the evaluation grounded in realistic Government of Canada use cases.
The evaluation path
- Step 1
Guided demonstration
A working session using representative Government of Canada procurement scenarios. Typically a one-hour conversation. Best suited to executives, procurement leads, and CIO-office advisors evaluating the product for departmental use.
- Step 2
Evaluator access (optional)
Time-limited access to a dedicated assessment environment so your team can run its own scenarios under controlled conditions. Useful where a departmental scan or capability assessment requires hands-on review.
- Step 3
Scenario alignment
Scenarios can be aligned to your draft capability requirements, GC scan, or specific procurement situations under consideration. The evaluation should be grounded in realistic departmental use cases.
Request a demonstration or discuss evaluator access
Use the form below to request a guided demonstration or to start a conversation about evaluator access. We will respond directly at the email address you provide, typically within one business day. Submissions are not handled by an AI agent.
What to expect
Demonstrations are run by Daniel Fallon. They are designed for executive and DG/ADM-office audiences and for the procurement, IT, security, and privacy leads who advise them. They are deliberately not sales pitches: the goal is to show how the workflow handles a realistic Government of Canada scenario, where its boundaries sit, and where it would need to defer to departmental authorities.
If a non-disclosure arrangement is required to support the evaluation — for instance, to share technical assurance material or to discuss a specific departmental scenario in detail — we will agree on that before the session.
